- Supervising Manager – 32.00/hour (one staff member mandatory)
- Line Chef – 22.00/hour
- Serving Staff – 22.00/hour
- On-Site Line Cook – 22.00/per hour
- Bartenders – 22.00/per hour
Special events require many essential materials. We can supply everything necessary to make your party a success. Our rental reservation fee is 12% of the total cost of rentals. Any breakage or lost items will be billed to the client once the event is completed. Setup and take down are charged at our basic staff rate of $22/hour. If your party location is not equipped for cooking, we can construct an on site full service kitchen with all the appropriate equipment. If you choose to organize your own rentals we require a consultation with the project coordinator at $32/hour.
